To help homeless persons in our community, Fresh Start operates almost exclusively on a volunteer basis, having only one paid staff member. All contributions directly assist the homeless. Fresh Start is a 501(c)(3) Corporation.

Fred Meyer Community Rewards

As of February 2014, a new option available for you to help Fresh Start is to link your new or existing Fred Meyer Rewards card to Fresh Start.
